Is there an age restriction to attend the CWCBExpo?
You must be 18 years old to attend the event.
What does the 3-Day Seminar Pass include?
This admission includes access to our industry-leading seminar program, Keynote sessions, and access to the expo floor where top companies in the cannabis industry will be displaying their products and services. It does not include Workshops.
Can I buy a 1-Day pass to the seminars or the expo floor?
Yes, you are able to purchase a one-day expo pass for access to the expo floor and Keynotes, if available, for Thursday, Friday or Saturday. You can also purchase a one-day seminar pass, which includes the expo floor, for Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
I see you offer Workshop and Networking Mixer passes. Are these a separate price?
You may purchase individual workshop passes as they are not included in any other registration options. The Networking Mixer passes can only be purchased in conjunction with an expo, seminar or workshop registration.
What is the Networking Mixer?
The Networking Mixer is an opportunity to network with fellow attendees, exhibitors, media, sponsors, and speakers. Dispensary owners, growers, suppliers, investors, medical professionals, government regulators, legal counsel, and entrepreneurs are looking to network with other industry professionals to achieve business success and identify new areas of growth in this dynamic and fast-growing industry.
Am I able to volunteer?

Are the presentations from the seminars available after the show?
Most PowerPoints become available after the show to registered seminar attendees.
Will there be printed copies of the seminar presentations available at the show?
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, printed handouts will not be available onsite for any seminars or workshops.
What is the THC policy?
The consumption, distribution, and/or sale of THC products is strictly prohibited by CWCBExpo and is not allowed at any of the CWCBExpo events. We strongly encourage attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and press to adhere to the venue regulation as well as local, state, and federal laws.
Is soliciting permitted?
Soliciting of exhibitors or other attendees is strictly prohibited anywhere in the Javits Center including the exhibit floor. Such violation may result in the attendee being removed from the event and barred from returning without refund of their registration fee.
What is your registration refund policy?
The deadline to cancel your registration is midnight EST, October 15, 2021, and will include a $15 processing fee. To cancel your registration you must submit an email to attendees@cwcbexpo.com. After October 15, 2021, there will be no refunds or cancellations. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after the event.
