Is there an age restriction to attend the CWCBExpo?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to attend the event.
What does the Exhibit and Seminar Pass include?
This admission includes access to our industry-leading seminar program, Keynote sessions, and access to the expo floor where top companies in the cannabis industry will be displaying their products and services.
How do I buy party or workshop tickets?
You must be registered at CWCBExpo with an “Exhibit and Seminar Pass” or an “Exhibit Only” pass in order to purchase tickets to any of our “add-on” events.
I would like to partner with CWCBExpo. How do I do that?

Where do I find the Digital Show Guide?
The Digital Show Guide can be downloaded or viewed as a flip book using the QR codes on display at the CWCBExpo.
What is the THC policy?
The consumption, distribution, and sale of products with a THC level above 0.3% is prohibited by the Javits Convention Center, which follows City and State laws. (New York State law permits only NYS licensed dispensaries to sell products with a THC level above 0.3%.) We strongly encourage attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and press to adhere to the venue regulation as well as local, state, and federal laws. The Javits is a non-smoking venue.
Is soliciting permitted?
Soliciting of exhibitors or other attendees is strictly prohibited anywhere in the Javits Center including the exhibit floor. Such violation may result in the attendee being removed from the event and barred from returning without refund of their registration fee.
What is your registration refund policy?
The deadline to cancel your registration is midnight EST, May 15, 2024, and will include a $15 processing fee. To cancel your registration you must submit an email to attendees@cwcbexpo.com. After May 15, 2024, there will be no refunds or cancellations. No refunds will be granted under any circumstances after the event.
